transfer to receptionist
Is there a way to change the default announcenment " Your call will be transfered to the receptionist" when a caller dials 0 during the auto attendant. The person sitting at ext 10 answers most of the calls but does not want to be identified as the "receptionist". ACS 7.0 5.0 Voice Mail- shoester7

Hunting Incoming Lines
Is there anyway to have a Partner ACS 7.0 hunt incoming lines instead of the CO hunting the lines? In detail, 3 incoming lines, line 1 is the main and published number, lines 2 & 3 are overflow and outgoing. If line 1 is busy can another call come in on lines 2 and/or 3 by dialing the main number?- shoester7
