    Yes I read. I have no call flows built. *17 is what I am dialing, same result as pressing messages. Display shows ?extn# but no audio. It appears like its working correctly but no audio. Figure it out damn-it!

    If the Engenius is being used off an analog extension port, then there should be no reason why you can't get something to ring on it. Just put the Engenius extension in the group, or forward something to it etc. Figure it out damn-it!

    Anyone know where I can find 2_1 software. Trying to upgrade a 412 unit that is 2_0_16. Avava support points you to 3_0_65 when looking up 2_1 software. Tried to upgrade it w/ 3_0_65, and crashed the unit. Thanks in advance. Figure it out damn-it!

    I have identified a bad chip on a 412 unit. I believe the 412 unit has 2 conf chips. Is there a way to disable one that anyone can think of? Second unit in less then 2 years w/ bad conf chip. Not cool at all. Figure it out damn-it!
