Has anyone used ESD 2005 (http://www.smsexpert.com/Products/ESD.asp) or a similar product that allows users to request SMS packages from a web based store front?

I am on an XP Pro machine, connected via VPN to my remote domain. On the domain, there is a Windows 2003 Server and several XP Pro machines. I want to offer remote assistance from my XP machine to PC's on the domain. I know I can connect to them if they initiate the session...
I've been unable to do that though. I can ping the destination PC's, can even remote desktop to them, but when trying to initiate remote assistance, get "access denied"
I know that when editing the group policy options that I noted in my first post, you have to specify who the approved helpers...

FYI, I ran the check disk for errors tool built into windows, set it to "Automatically fix file system error" and "Scan for and attempt recovery of bad sectors"...
after running it, I get the error "Windows was unable to complete the disk check"

I have a Maxtor 6Y060P0 (60 GB) hard drive that at one time, i put into my Tivo as extra storage. I recently took it out of the Tivo and put it into my PC to use for additional storage, formatted it as NTFS using both the Disk Management built into Windows 2000, and using the Maxtor disk...
One of our users is getting a blank gray screen whenever opening up certain windows....for example, when right clicking on "my computer" the properties page goes up blank and gray....this happens with all similar types of windows...any ideas?

Thanks to all...the prob was the domain controller security policy...i added to login locally and access this computer from the network, and i guess i was impatient and didn't allow the change to replicate...working now though..thanks
I am able to access my FTP site when logging in as an Administrator. However I want to create a generic account for FTP access and don't want to allow anonymous connections.
1) I created a new user in AD as ftpuser and on the dial-in tab i allowed access.
