IIS set up and moving from PWS
I have IIS5 with win 2000 server. I cannot access iis help by typing in http://localhost/iisHelp/ . When I look at my Internet Information server, The Default Web Site option is STOPPED.When I try to start it, it gives "address already in use" error. what am i doing wrong ?- shgu
