I have DS 30 expansion card that when powered up it goes solid red then solid green for about 30 seconds then solid red and keeps repeating these changes. Never flashing lights just solid to solid. It never shows up connected in System Status. Any ideas? Thanks

VLan is set to 0 Not SIP Changed setting of H.323 signaling to preferred. Now have an alarm in System Status that says TLS certificate has expired. Opened Security Settings, System, Certificates It shows installed certificates but am uncertain what I need.

Set the static IP of the phone and when it gets to the login I enter the proper extension and phone password it now just sits at the login screen. Pressing any button does nothing.

Yes I have. The call just sits on hold. I also tried a calling group with a couple extensions. Either way the calls remain on hold only.
