Can't open an new window in IE using NT4
I hate sending another "me too" message, but I also had the same problem. Stupid IE 6 on Windows 2000 would not display any popup windows, it would be just a blank page. Now ordinarily, this would be a good thing... ie, no spam! But it stinks when I actually want to read a pop-up, or...- Sheik
