Arcserve 6.61 Advanced .....Exchange Agent (402) Exchange system error
I have a similar problem to this. I am using NT4 with Exchange 5.5sp3. When I run the brick level backup, I get E8602 Failed to read from database EC=Backup agent error (358) Faile to open a refence file of message or attachment body. The job hangs, and I have to kill ASRUNJOB.exe to recover...- shedrick
