Doesn't ghost explorer allow you to access the images? Perhaps you can open the image (make a backup of them 1st) change the files and dump the image on the new server again?

It isn't a paper issue : This happens on the average of one per 50 pages on and off. Personally this wouldn't bug me, but in the dept. it's going to that would bug them as they are not computer literate. So either the roller and or the clutch. Thank you.

I have an 860 that periodically jams at the print tray. A sheet of paper is lifted only half an inch or so and rests on the pad thats part of the paper tray. I do not know if this is because the printer lifts two pages at once or not. This only happens once in say 50 pages. Any solutions? New...

I have an tek 850 that jams everytime a duplex print is performed. It will print one side then when it partially ejects the paper then refeeds it to print the other side it jams.

I just tried that. Did not fix it. The user said last week they replaced the toner so that takes the toner assembly out of the equation.

Let me state my problem : the bottoms of pages are faint. Which when the paper comes out of the printer is the left side of the printer.

Ok now it's saying error 15.004.45 What's the easiest and cheapest way to fix this? If someone can point me to a good guide to disassemble this printer I'm sure I could replace the bulbs if that's all it is.

I have a Xerox 860 that will NOT warm up. No error messages appear. It will do the normal % based warm up then it will just say "warming up" endlessly. Without printing anything. I took off the sides and the print drum slowly spins the entire time it "warms up". Any suggestions?
