Yes sir...Caller ID works fine between the BCM50s and from the PSTN. We are receiving the extension only on Inter-Office Dialing from Nortel 11cs & 61cs to the BCM50s. Thank you...Bryan.

Easy fix by maintenance, a user had entered the wrong password and locked the SEB. Figured it had to be easy, just did not know how to correct.
