    No I didn't. Have you uploaded a custom 96xxHUpgrade file, or are you using the auto generated one? I uploaded the one from the firmware package and it worked fine.

    Under System -> Telephony make sure "Inhibit Off-Switch Forward/Transfer" is off. If it still fails I'd suggest looking at what's happening on the system with monitor as it'll provide some insights as to why the call is being disconnected and what is initiating the disconnect.
