    Thanks for the response at the speed of Light!! I see. Mine is just a "cover" over the bottom instead of having a 4 printed on it. So I will just use the first jack. And if I ever need to upgrade I will add the upgrade and wire the 2nd jack to another station port? Thanks for all the help Eric

    I have a Norstar 616 system (dr1 or dr2, I am not sure how to tell). I purchased a Flash voicemail system to add on, but it needs to be dr5 software with Disconnect Supervision recommended. My question is can a dr1 or dr2 system be upgraded to dr5 with DS? Thanks for your help shaneric
