    Sorry, I forgot...colleague B can be anyone in the office whoever colleague A sends to. It happens to me and I don't have any delegates.

    Hi I've got a bit of a problem. When colleague A sends a meeting request to colleague B, colleague B will accept. Colleague A will then receive the acceptance but also a distribution group within our address book also get the acceptance note ! The acceptance is forwarding to this dist group...

    I've noticed now that if you leave it long enough, say 5 mins, it'll populate all the directories on the linux box. Is there anyway to speed up this process ?
