    Anyone know what version this started working? I believe it was either 9.1 or 10.0 when the IP Office SCN lines became a thing, but I can't find any documentation on it.

    Hello, One of our customers asked if there was a way to change the tone that everyone hears on their phone when there is an internal all page (via Dial Paging to a Hunt Group). Is this possible?     For janni78, the only thing that I get in the logs when I attempt to start the service is "error opening config file".

    This problem first came up when I was on a support call with Xima. According to them, "this is a Linux issue and we need to resolve it prior to calling for further support". You would think the highest tier of Xima partner would receive slightly better support.

    I believe this is 10.0+, but give it a shot anyways. Program a Visual Voice button on the phone. Label would be the name of the group and action data would be the hunt group number. This may only work for users though...

    Yup, this is a known issue for which they have a patch. SOLN142871 is the solution number in case anyone needs the patch!

    I agree; this is the first time a customer had ever mentioned it. Since some people say it does not happen on their system and others say it does, this has to be a setting. I just have no idea what it would be called.
