Thank you both. We already have that set up and it works well. The unfortunate part is that my management wants a simpler GUI for making changes so less training for the site admins is required. I'm not sure where to look.
Does anyone know of a 3rd party software that can assist with administrative changes for CUCM 6.0? I'm looking for a simple GUI to allow site admins access to update phones, names, etc. without them having to use the Cisco web admin tool.
This may sound stupid to some of you and I agree...
The above comments are correct, however the issue is that each individual user mailbox is having the issue, not the main call handler.
To have all mailboxes and greeting use the same dial 0 option, go to the main greeting's call handler and look to see what is in the dial 0 option in the Caller...
For those who are looking for this same problem, I found the issue. It can be found at this website:
http://www.cisco.com/univercd/cc/td/doc/product/software/ios124/124newft/124t/124t2/ht1vg224.pdf
But the main thing is that on each voice-port on the VG224 you can manually set the hookflash...

I fixed the problem. 704 was entered as an nxx in ld 90. I removed this entry and added it back as an spn pointing to the same rli. Afterwards all 10 digits were passed. I dont' know if this is the ideal setup but it works.
thanks for the ideas regarding ld 96
My CLID info is as follows. our numbers are in the 704-593-xxxx range. Does the following look right?

Hi
I am currently upgrading my local service from a T-1 to PRI. We are in an area with 10 digit dialing. The PRI is working correctly for inbound calls but is only sending out 7 digits to Bell. Where do I set the # of digits allowed on the new route? Thanks
Ken
Its an option 51C. It will accept PRI's because we have one installed to network a Opt 11. The card is the same at the other PRI but I don't know about the D-Channel. Opt 11's have a daughterboard for this. How do I know if I have an available port or not?
Does anyone have any tech documents on setting up a PRI on an Opt 11 - 81? I currently have my local service on a regular T-1 and am interested in converting to a PRI to use caller ID. I've programmed many T-1's but no PRI's. Are they similar? any additional hardware required?
