Jay2003, I don't have much in documentation for this system. After I go to ld 15, I am stuck at REQ: prompt. What do I put in there, and how do I modify the CFNs from there? Thanks.- sgir

Thanks Nortellian, that worked great except I did ld 11 to do chg instead of ld 20. One issue I saw, I had cfn2=1, but the other 4 cfn (cfn0, cfn1, cfn3, cfn4) were all equal to 4. If I want some phones to ring after 2 rings, I don't have that option. The next question (not as important but...- sgir

After prt it prompts me for TYPE? What do I put in there? Also when I did ld 20 --> prt --> tnb --> and showed info for my TN it showed rco 0. What does that mean and how do I change it?- sgir

I am new to this whole PBX administration deal but I am catching up pretty quick. However I can't find any answers for this simple question. I am running Meridian 1 and CallPilot Opt11C. All our phones go to voicemail after 5 rings. I want 2 of the phones to go to voicemail after 1 or 2 rings...- sgir
