I found something very similar to what you are trying to create on http://photoshopcafe.com/tutorials/extrude/extrude.htm maybe by following the tutorial you can find how to adapt it to your own need.

Whenever that happened to me, it was either because I did not have the font install on my computer, or because it was some unicode font. But that was for me. Your problem might be different.

I am assuming here that you are using Acrobat 7.0. In your note box, there is a "Option" button. In there you can easily change the color from there.

Yeah, all my Window Resize are fine, and I don't have any security settings. I also created the PDF from a Word document and insure no security was on. Thanks for all your help jmgalvin. I don't know why the bookmarks are behaving differently. It is frustrating a little :)

The Document Properties is already set to Fit Width. However, the bookmarks for some reason behave as if they were set individually. I am using Acrobat 7.0 Professional

I am not familiar with Crystal Report, but for MS Word, when you do File > Print > Adobe PDF, if you click on Properties, there is a checkbox "View Adobe PDF Results". You need to uncheck that box.

We received a PDF which contain 500 pages. The bookmarks are all done, but every time you click on one, the view change from fit width to fit page, or else. Is there a way to change them all to be the same without going and changing them one by one? Thanks
