It seems like you guys have everything under control!~)
Here is the program I use (also for 2000):
http://download.microsoft.com/download/access97/utility1/1/win98/en-us/jetutils.exe
It's the one called LDBviewer.exe
ZmrAbdulla>perfect mate!~)
I'm still interested in the colour code because the solution you gave keeps the "old" design. It's fine but if you do want to upgrade the design of and old db, then....
But thanks it worked perfectly!~)
I have updated a db to access 2003 (developer extension) and I had some forms with a tab control. But the thing has changed colour to an almost white colour. I can't find the background colour so I cannot change it to grey or change the subforms on the tab control to the same colour as the tab...
I have been following some forums about .ldb files and believe that they can be a lot of troubles. Sometimes they do keep hanging around when everybody's logged off. It's hell but if there really isn't anybody logged on then there is a simpel solution:
Open notepad, go to files/save, save as...
If these conditions in my db are met then crash...
1. subform has no hits
2. use RefreshPage
There is a subsubform and if this is deleted the db runs.
What could be the problem. I can compress and repair the db and it even runs on my own pc but on no one else's.
