    Cartridge Not in Place

    Just installed demo and everything but the tape identification seems to work. I tried mounting,dismounting and taking inventory but get error "Device 7 Cartridge not in Place". Even when using backup wizard all tapes are listed as Dismounted?

    How Do You Get Tapes Identified

    We are using arcserve 2000 demo. I have a DLT891 and have put barcode labels on all tapes. The tapes are shown as Dismounted and when I try to inventory it says device 7 to tape found. Any suggestions would be appreciated

    Can I create group w/outside recipients?

    Create a DL, next for each user create aCustom Recipient and select Internet mail. Next fill out his/her specifics and add the distribution list group you just created for them, also if you don't want them to be seen in you Global address list hide them from it.
