    Other than using the reset button, which seems to only reboot the unit, how would you suggest I reset the d308 to factory default? re-programing is not a problem, once I get a true reset.

    Previously, the mute button has worked on handset, speaker phone, headset, etc. And it does not mute on speaker phone.

    The mute feature on my kx-td308 is no longer doing it's job. I am not able to pin-point the exact time this started, but it's a pain in the rear. The button lights up, but the caller can still hear me. This is effecting all phones, so I'm thinking it's in the system programing, not so much...
