Announcement in only one PRI incoming calls
Hello all We have a CCM 4.1(3) with 3 PRI on a Cisco 6000 and Cisco Unity 4.0 Build 4.0(4) SR 1 We want for ONLY 1 of the PRI on incoming calls to play an announcement and then hung up the call. Is this possible ? And how?- sergio214
