Call Work Codes through CTI client?
Definity has third-party call-control SDK that allow to enter Work Codes. (TSAPI - CSTA). But I don't know about supporting this feature by "Cisco's Desktop Control Server"...- SergeP

Noway... As I know... But you can monitor calls that queued to some ACD split and calculate this time in your program. ExpectedTime = NumberOfCallInQueue * AvarageTimeOfService- SergeP

Application Link v4 question
Application Link already contains internal TSAPI Server. As I know not all functions of TSAPI protocol are supported directly and need additional TSAPI Server (ex. Routing Functions).- SergeP
