well, I went on the hunch someone else told me. "Can't have a number on key 00 on two phones" I outed both that had it on key 00, new'd the one TN that I cared about. Now it's working and answering just fine. Because the other TN that had it on key 00 is in a remote location I can't physically...- Sep78

CFWD even though not configured
