I have all of those, but as a new CM presale I am not able to calculate which date it actually adds up to.
Avaya has a comprehensive lifecycle policy, but it is hard to understand.
There are many software support services, but the only one I am interested in is ability to expand CM 6.3 with...
Hard to find lifecycle dates for how long CM 6 can be expanded with new licenses.
Anyone who knows?
Now when CM 7 are GA, I expect there are dates defined for CM 6.
Is there a way to set up AAC so that users can dial in, and use the same user code to access a conference?
I dont want any moderator to open up the phone conference.
The meeting should be open as soon as any user dials in and uses a code for that specific conference.
I just want a simple...
Hi,
It is not directly compatible with new software versions.
You will have to replace some hardware, and if it isnt it has to be converted to an IP system. CS1000M MG or CS1000E.
The price for the upgrade is based on new hardware, number of installed extension licenses etc.
The release now is...
Anyone who has done a SIP Trunk in CS1000 to a MS Lync system with Voice?
I am looking for the configuration. I am sure I have seen it somewhere..
Is there any functionality between the systems except making calls? (caller id, features..)
Hi,
Does anyone know what functionality you get if you have Mobile extension in CS1000 together with Microsoft OCS RCC integration?
Do you get anything more than some basic presence status or can you get any RCC features?
This is basically about CS1000 R5.5, but any information is good.
We have as a Provider the possibility to connect a PBX to the public network via SIP Trunks. Nortel have issued a separate configurationguide just for the connection to our SIP solution. So, I guess this would be issued in your case aswell, if the SIP connecstion to your provider is tested and...
Anyone who has a list with features users get when they integrate MS OCS 2007/2007 R2 and CS1000E R5.5?
If we only goes for a SIP connection with OCS and no RCC/Dual Forking, what do I get? (if anything)
Hi,
We want to setup a SIP network form a CS1000E to a Siemens and an Alcatel PBX. Anyone who have done it?
1. Does it work?
2. What kind of functionality can I expect?
3. Things to be aware of?
I don´t know the types of siemens and aclatel systems. For now I just asume that they are SIP...
it is infact true that nortel supplies new batterycovers for this model to solve the issue.
Some how they think the old cover is crumbeling when it gets warm/old and pushes the battery slightly out of place.
Its a strange solution, and it not the first time they replace batterycovers/doors...
What kind of service is 7002? a mailbox, a voiceprompt ..

But it is just a SCCS 4.2 but not the link function?
What I am looking for is the SCCS200 with link function to a thirdparty application.
I know its not supported, but that is something completely different..
Hi,
Anyone using an old SCCS Link 4 or 4.2 to a CS1000 R5 or R6?
Does it work?
In that case, what are you using it with?
That is, wich application is connected to the link interface?
Ok, We have a CS1000E that is controling the Network here (NRS). Now we should connect to one BCM over the IP network.
We know that the CS1000E system has what it takes, but I have never been working with BCMs.
So, basically, do I set up the BCM as an Endpoint in the network just like another...
