Ive discovered apache was looking for httpd.conf in /etc/apache/ , and after looking at some old messages in this forum, ive determined that i probably installed apache twice, or possibly two versions of apache.

I get a successful "httpd started" message when i run apache, but i still will get that message even if i remove *ALL* the configuration files.

I changed that and it still has that problem,

Im having trouble configuring my SMC router (192.168.2.1) to forward any port request to my server ip (192.168.2.27).
For instance, i want to telnet my own server , so i set any port 23 to forward from 192.168.2.1 to 192.168.2.27, but it doesnt work.
All i need to know is how to setup apache to run from the router, my domain already points to my ip address , but i cant figure out how to setup the router to point to my computer.
Any suggestions?
