MS Installer can't find Cabinet file (error 1311)
The most likely problem is that the CD-ROM drive is failing to read the CDs. You should try copying the content of the CDs onto the hard-drive and try installing from there. Another tip, you should empty the temp folder before trying to reinstall the software.- SeanOD

Give them a call and explain your problem. Dongles are dirt cheap. It's the software that costs. If they appreciate your custom they should replace it free. Dongles are prone to being lost, breaking, and being stolen. You won't be their first customer with a problem. John- SeanOD
