thanks for all the help so far would I be able to put the three users in a pick up group this way she could pick uptheir call and give it back to them freely. Would she then need a second dn on her set so she could receive/make calls ? THANKS AGAIN

Hello Colin I have changed the DRG field through phonemaster and also tried changing it on the handset itself. The cls drg field looks to be changed when I do a prt but ring tone is still just a single beep and not the ring tone I chg it to. Thanks biscuit
