    Thanks for the replies. I talked to the customer and they are willing to give it a try. I think they will get it running on a different machine and then migrate files over to it. They really dont want to wipe out the existing VM server.

    Currently using smtp.com for smtp relay. My customers are experiencing about a one day delay in getting emails. I've checked and cant find issue. Is there a free email service which will work in with this feature? FYI, IP Office 500v2 R11.0 embedded voicemail.
