    Ah ok! I thought it was easy as forwarding ports etc and it would have worked.

    I have extended the ports 50000-50511 but has made no difference. I have also opened the ports stated in the Mitel guide. I am also not using MBG SIP_ALG has been disabled on both ends too. Wireman50 the are linked by 2 fixed ip addresses and port forwarded.
