Thanks ArchTelecom, I think I'm going to try a PCMCIA modem. None of our switches are on the network so I'll have to stick with dial up. Thanks again for the response!- scottking

I use Procomm and Order Pro. Neither work. I also noticed that any of our switches that have an SEB, I can talk to fine but the other that have plain modems on them, I can't talk too.- scottking

First of all I am new here and this is a great forum. Wish I had found it long ago. Anyway, I just got a new Dell D600 and now I can't communicate with any of my switches and never had a problem with my old laptop. Wondering if anyone has had same issues with a Dell and what the fix was. I've...- scottking
