Ok tried the traceroute, router1 will not get past the interior port on router0, in other words I get no results from tracerouter on router 1. It looks like router0 is denying all traffic except icmp.

Ok, fixed it. There was an access-list entry that I did not know about, I did not wipe the nvram when I put the 2621 in place. When I went in and cleared out ALL the access-list information and all tie-in on each interface it works like a charm now. Thanks for the help
