Thanks John for your post. I removed the DN from the 3904 and then outed the analog TN and rebuilt it and put it back on the 3904. Still same issue. Cannot add it to another phone. I turned off DRDA and still have the same issue. What is a Flexible Service port anyway? The system is an Option...

I have a lobby phone that appears on a 3904 set with CLS DRDA on. When I try to add the DN to another 3904, I get a SCH1414- which says an appearace of this agent DN has CLS FXSP. Action: Out the appearance in LD 11. I look at the CLS and it says Flexible Services port. What can I do to get...

No the handsfree and display were turned off as it is the Ethics hotline for our company. I suspect tht the vintage of phones could be the cause of issue, or just a bad batch of refurb phones... Thanks for your help.
