ok you have lost me. When someone rings the user and they dont answer their voicemail kicks in. I mean node as in go into VMPro and click add user and select Start-Leave-Disconnect.- SchluterSystems

I have looked all over the Internet and cannot find a solution to my problem. When an internal or external caller is transferred to the recipients voicemail the custom message is played but there is about a 10 second delay before you hear the beep to start recording This can cause problems...- SchluterSystems
