I need to search a single mailbox for about 100 different phrases and/or names. I would prefer not to create a full-text index; I don't think that indexes the body of the message anyway and that is one of the requirement. If there is a good way to do this to a .PST that would be my preference...
Another option is the NetWorker Management Console which includes built in reports, some with a drill-down capability. You can export to .csv, .html, etc. Of course there is an associated cost but they have been giving it away to new clients, you might be able to work a deal.

My first instinct was to go with the D: drive (applications), but thought the E: drive (sql logs) might be an option as well since it is a separate RAID 1 array from the OS and Application partitions...
