The equivalent for 98 is to remove, then re-install TCP/IP. Start>Settings>Control Panel>Network>"highlight tcp/ip", click remove, (Im not sure if you have to re-start, but I do.) Go back in and "add" the protocol TCP/IP (listed under Microsoft). Then restart the P.C In XP...
