1) Install/Configure an E&M T1 card in option 11
2) Connect E&M card to Cisco router

I seem to be missing some programming somewhere. I need to collect CDR records via DBA. The DBA session connects but no CDR records are collected/generated. The PBX is a test switch and I am only making internal calls. I have enabled ICDA on each set.
I cannot seem to add CTY to the PTY...

I am trying to determine if one of my DTI/PRI cards is faulty.
I have disabled and enabled loop 6 below a number of times without success, and been in contact with our telco vendor. The telco has completed a loop back test on the T1 without any issues.

Okay... the 'Not Ready' status is not the issue. I will setup an IFDN to a regular DN and have that device forward to voice mail.
