Thanks guys for all the suggestions. I think I will just leave things alone for now. Nothing wrong with leaving it here for now anyway...will be buying new sata drives soon and go from there. Thanks guys, the Ghost and Drive image was also one of my choices as well. matter of fact, would be the easiest with either new versions. I have then too. Its just that so many files on c drive , original regs and so on, just takes time to choose and make sure I get it all. I cant use the XP on...- scadarick

Move OS XP Pro to another partition same Drive
Hey guys, Had to install a fersh copy of my xp pro on a new MoBo GA-7N400 Pro2. Setup put the OS on my D Drive (2-partition-80 gig WD) , whats the best way to get D back to being my C drive? Partition magic maybe! backup files on C Drive, then dlete them, then resize drive to 1 partion, then...- scadarick
