When I delete or reactivate a case the allotments don't go back
I have service contracts where cases are created for accounts, and then deducted from a contract. The Contract work great, when I deduct an hour of time, 60 minutes are deducted from a contract. I entered in a resolved case under the wrong contract which had 2400 minutes of service available...- sbctec

I intend to buy a 17" LCD\TFT monitor what's best.....
As a hardware vendor, I have scrutinized many different manufacturers and there different models. As a company, I perfer CTX. I carry some of their products, one is the 17" LCD model S700B, 400:1 Contrast ratio and .264 resolution. They also offer a 3 Year Warranty on all their products...- sbctec
