You are correct. I tried using a Snap server to perform the DLO backups to no avail. Found that Windows OS had to be present (some Linux/UNIX will work, but since we're a pure Windows shop I didn't pursue this).

The test I ran on the previous version wouldn't allow us to back up end users after hours if the user's account was logged off. Does the new version allow one to back up, say, Documents and Settings for all users if you use the local pc admin account credentials? CA's version is allowing that...
