We have been doing a series of tests to try and pinpoint this error. It seems that when we use a template, and send it to a group, is when the recipient gets an ActiveX error. We're using Act! 2006 Version 8.0.2.82 and we are doing a Mail Merge to send out a number of individualized emails to our recipient list.
