I am having the exact same problem. I'm using Crystal 8.5 I tried the font size change. I also applied the most recent monthly patch. Neither has fixed the problem. It occurs in every format - rtf, excel, word, etc. that I ask the Crystal apis to generate. Using the original .dbf as input...- SarahThompson
