Hi all. When I try to archive the "personal folders", my problem is the actual "personal folders" and all the created subfolders get archived, but the files in the subfolders do not get archived. Is there any way to format in XP from command prompt? I mean besides doing it by just booting of the cd? I can't seem to get xp to install even with booting from cd. It goes as far as XP splash screen, but just keeps rebooting. Any help? Sandy
