    Phaser error code 15.004.45.43458

    The printer initially gave the error "out of ink". I replaced the ink and then got the error "Contact Service, Report Fault 15.004.45.43458. Now it gives that error permanently. I have searched for this error everywhere and can't seem to find it. Anyone have any info?
