    You shouldn’t need the 9 that you’re using in the first image. We usually will make an entry with the county code 1 and without. This would be dependent on what your trunking provider provides. Additionally, I would double check you incoming route (IC RT) unless it really is 1.

    We are about 70% SIP and 30% PRI. For the lost part we follow the plan you have above. I think ultimately it comes down to Verizon as a SIP carrier and the lack of support for FoIP.     DT900 Firmware

    It’s been awhile since we updated the firmware on our ITK-8LCX-1 models. The latest firmware we had was 2.5.0. We got 3.0.3 but it fails every time. I know in the past we had to do sequential upgrades . Example to get to 2.5.0 from 2.4.0 you had to upgrade to 2.4.9 first. Is that still the case?
