About every few days I get a call from one of our users on the road saying he or she cannot access OWA. Sure enough, it's dead. I login to our Exchange server and stop and restart the Worldwide Web Publishing Service and then it works. Anyone out there ever see this?

We run Exchange 5.5 and up until now all clients have used Outlook 2000. Recently we have new systems coming in with Outlook 2003 and when I run through the set up, I put in our Exchange Server name and user name and click "Check name". The user name is found but the Exchange Server...
Strange one here. IE works fine and I can get around clicking links. However, if I try to search for a keyword I am brought to a page that says something to the effect that I may have conflicting software. But that does not seem to be the case.

A user on our domain can open Word files without a problem if the doc is local (on his laptop) but when he opens a Word doc over the network, everything locks-up. He can open a spreadsheet and everything else across the network without this problem. Strange. Any ideas? Thanks,
