    InoculateIT 4.53 Notes Agent SP1 now available.

    For anyone who has been waiting, as I have, for Computer Associates to fix the InoculateIT Notes Agent, a service pack is now available. The file name is QO00235.CAZ, and it is available in the Computer Associates support area. I am hopeful that this will enable realtime scanning of Notes mail.

    Arcserve2000 w/Notes Agent producing errors.

    After setting up a pre and post backup script to end and restart InoculateIT, I did not receive any error messages. Hopefully this has resolved the problem.

    I am running Arcserve2000 on a Win NT platform along with the Notes Agent and InoculateIT and its Notes Agent. After installing the latest fixes for the Notes Agent, LO85115 and LO89345, I am now able to successfully backup my Notes data through the agent. Previously the backup would crash...
