    Are you also getting error messages on your POA? Probably. When you get a User that is having this problem, take a look through MONITOR in FILE OPEN/LOCK ACTIVITY, at the Users USERxxx.DB file.     Okay, lets look at some other things... I'm assuming the NIC in the Server is 100mbit and Full Duplex... are you forcing the card AND the switch port to 100mbit and Full Duplex?     Dead fiber module?

    Check your Firmware level to make sure that you are running the latest and greatest version. Using an older version of Firmware may have an incompatibility between modules. Good Luck!

    Are your NetWare Servers connected via IPX or TCPIP. Look at your connection in the NetWare console of the Server in Germany. Does it show a TCPIP address for you, or a IPX Net number and MAC Address? Good Luck!
