when i send it to a non outlook mail box it does say that, but if you receive the email with outlook it says nothing

how do i get it go say "undisclosed recipients" in emails to and from outlook. i know i can get it to not list any recipients with Bcc, but i am looking it to say the message.

i have a user here who when they delete items they do not go to the recyle bin but just get completely deleted. she says that the first time it happened she got an error of some kind (im guessing a corrupt recycle bin error) but since then no error. any ideas on how to fix this problem?
