I just need to get some sound out of the PC without having speakers connected!

Is it possible to have full sound played through the system speaker in Windows 2000? I tried using the speaker.drv driver from Windows 3.1 but unsuprisingly it won't work. Any help appreciated.

Thanks for the reply but I've cracked it. I have PC-cillin running its Web Trap filter which appears to have been causing the problem. I still think GhostSurf triggered the problem as it never happened before but I can live without the Web Trap running. Cheers Steve

There was various error messages in the Event Viewer but none seemed to have anything to do with the games I was trying to run however, I deleted all of the logs and now the games run again! I'm not sure if or how that fixed it but it did. I'd be interested to know what happened??? Thanks anyway.

I am intending to fit 2 80mm case fans inside a PC but was wondering which way round they should both go. Is it best to have both blowing air out of the case, both blowing into the case or one in each direction? Thanks Steve
