I seem to have a duplicate CDR record in my Call Manager for a few calls.
For example: The final called party number is the same, calling party nember is the same , time connected is same but time disconnected is diffrent by 1 sec.
Could anyone help me in this? Is it a bug? or is it...

Could anyone tell me if it is possible to disable the transfer feature on an IP phone. We currently have a call manager enviroment setup and its working fine. We would only want to disable the above mention feature on certain phones.
Kindly advise.
