CallWare Product Can't Retrieve Nortel BCM SMDR Data
We sold a BCM 400 to a customer along with the A&A TeleData "CallWare" call accounting product. (The BCM OS version is 3.7.) We've been unable to get CallWare to retrieve call detail/SMDR data from the BCM. Despite the fact that A&A TeleData advertises the CallWare product as being compatible...- rtoomey
